SNSHF Grant Funding Program

Supporting Youth, Sports & Community Impact in Southern Nevada
The Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame provides grant funding to support programs that uplift youth, advance academics, increase access to sports, promote leadership, and strengthen the Southern Nevada community.

About the Program
SNSHF grant funding is designed for organizations and programs that create meaningful, mission-aligned impact across Southern Nevada. Priority is given to initiatives that serve youth, support underserved communities, and demonstrate measurable outcomes.

Funding Priorities

Youth Development
Programs serving K–12 youth and young athletes.

Sports Participation & Access
Initiatives that remove barriers to sports, mentorship, and recreation.

Academic Achievement
Programs that support education, growth, and student success.

Leadership & Character Building
Opportunities that develop confidence, leadership, and life skills.

Community Enrichment
Programs that make a lasting impact in Southern Nevada.

Who Should Apply
SNSHF will consider requests from organizations that:

  • Serve Southern Nevada residents
  • Support youth, academics, sports, or leadership development
  • Demonstrate financial need and responsible use of funds
  • Provide measurable outcomes after funding
  • Have nonprofit status or strong organizational credibility

What We Look For
SNSHF seeks to support organizations that demonstrate strong fiscal responsibility. Applications must include:

  • A clear program budget and explanation of how funds will be used
  • Disclosure of additional funding sources
  • Evidence of responsible financial history

Measurable Outcomes
All funded programs are required to report on their impact after receiving funding. Strong applications clearly define measurable outcomes, such as:

  • Number of youth served
  • Academic or skill-based improvements
  • Sports participation or retention rates
  • Leadership development milestones
  • Overall community impact
  • Marketing reach (social media, event attendance, media coverage, website engagement)
Programs without clearly defined metrics may be considered lower priority.
