Mark Davis is quite simply one of the pillars of the Las Vegas sports landscape. As the owner and managing partner of the Raiders, he has carried on the legacy of his late, great father and his unwavering “Commitment to Excellence.”
He navigated the move from Oakland to Las Vegas, oversaw the development of Allegiant Stadium and ushered in a new era for the Silver and Black.
Following the move to Las Vegas, Mark paid tribute to Al Davis by stating, “My father always said, ‘the greatness of the Raiders is in its future,’ and the opportunity to build a world-class stadium in the entertainment capital of the world is a significant step toward achieving that greatness.”
Prior to inheriting ownership of the team, Davis was involved in the retail part of the Raiders' business where you helped develop their Raider Image stores and spent time in the Raiders equipment department.
In 2021, Davis purchased the Las Vegas Aces from MGM Resorts International under the belief that the WNBA players should be paid more. During his tenure, the Aces have become the WNBA’s dominant team, claiming championships in 2022, 2023 and 2025.
Under his leadership, the Raiders have opened the Las Vegas Raiders' Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center in Henderson, Nevada and the accompanying Las Vegas Aces Headquarters, the first facility of its kind exclusively for a WNBA team.
Davis continues to be a pioneer, innovator and leader in business in Las Vegas.
