Kenny Bayless

Kenny Bayless is widely known as one of the finest boxing referees to ever step foot in the ring. Throughout his career, he has exhibited control over the ring with sound judgement, decisive action, and athletic movement.

Some of the legendary bouts he has overseen include (among many others):

- Oscar De La Hoya vs. Floyd Mayweather, Jr. (2007)
- Ricky Hatton vs. Manny Pacquiao (2009)

- Floyd Mayweather, Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao (2015)
- Gennady Golovkin vs. Canelo Alvarez (2017)
- Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury (2020)

Besides being extremely well known as the “3rd man in the ring”, Bayless is also a man of many other talents, which include public speaking and acting. His movies appearances include Creed II and Creed III.

Bayless is a man of faith, and he and his wife, Lynora, have passed these attributes on to their three sons and the community. He serves as a mentor to local youth, and his legacy will live on through these young lives that he has positively impacted.

Bayless was also accomplished student athlete, earning All-American honors in the 4x400 relay at Cal State Heyward and is a former inductee in the Berkeley High School Hall of Fame for tennis. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology of Physical Education before earning a Master of Science degree in Education Administration from UNLV.
